Authors note: This segment of the story will not have a soundtrack.
This has two reasons; 1: it contains a fight and i always had to set my mind to that kind of score, but i dont want to have to channel violent emotions, not for my music anymore. 2: i thought about this perhaps being a chance for other musicians who read (and listen) into EGEO to compose a score for these particular 'combat involving' scenes themselves. If noone does thats fine too, i simply wont. In EGEO there will not be that many combat encounters anyway, its mostly a adventure, not a conflict. I have written most 'combat involving' encounters already and will post them when their time comes. Again without a score. I will ofcourse score everything else. Thank you for reading.

"You know.." "We've been walking around the city for a while now and i couldnt help but ask you to tell you more about yourself.."
Agraxat poked Yscek who had been walking at increased pace, making Agraxat struggle to keep up but she tried not to show fatigue, Yscek would move twice the distance every step regardless.
"No" Was Yscek's short reply.
"no?" Agraxat annoyingly continued.. "I mean.. thats not how you answer th.."
"No" Yscek said again with her head turned towards Agraxat. "I do not want to speak of Yscek"
"I want only to find Glasa"
Agraxat emitted a grunt and changed the subject.. "So .. weve been through the north skirt of the City.. "
"I dont think anyone called Glasa is here" "We cánt keep walking around the city like this ..you're scaring the people.. its just a matter of time untill they find the body of"
Yscek stopped and turned around facing Agraxat again. "Where then"
Agraxat sat down in the middle of the street right in front of Yscek.
"Look.. maybe its better if you help me with 'my mission first.. im headed to the south part of the city.. and thén west toward..eh.. well its complicated now."
"But if Glasa is in the city or not thats how you can be sure..".
Yscek was about to nod and agree but suddenly rose up her warhammer and swung it toward Agraxat who tumbled backwards without grace..unexpected.. but the attack was not meant for her as it crashed into the wall beside..
"Run" Yscek called out while Agraxat crawled back on her feet, first locating where the warhammer had seemed to have hit something.. shadowy' "Asfalen?!"
she called out.. "It attacks!!" Yscek warned and moved Agraxat out of the way while punching her warhammer toward the assailant again..
It wrapped around the hammerhead like a splash of liquid..
"stop!! stop it!" Agraxat yelled toward the entity attempting to reason realising it had to be Asfalen, her conjured familiar..
But neither of the combattants would yield to it.
Then with full force Yscek bashed her weapon, 'Asfalen' included' into the road leaving it visibly destroyed under its force.
"I think i got it" Yscek indifferently pondered wringing the hammerhead around whatever it held down..
Agraxat now joined the grasp trying to push the hammer away "Its.., wait.. let it go... NOW... its a friend"
"Thats no friend" Yscek emediately overruled.. "Thats the thing that killed the small man in the streets.."
"The old man?" Agraxat queried.. "no..wait..the man in the streets??!"
"We must run.. i cannot kill it" Yscek decided as she grabbed Agraxat and flung her over her shoulder like a bag of grain.., Asfalen's liquid state was already recovering and pulling itself from under the hammer..
Their direction into the south as Agraxat had suggested, Yscek would not stop her pace now untill she thought it safe.
